I would kill to live in that neighbourhood. It actually cleanses the eyes and soul. Not to mention the natural scenery surrounding the area.

Man, they need to hire some landscape architects... That's an awful street-level design that shouldn't be allowed for somewhere like downtown Yonge.

Is TMU still expected to move into the office portion?

Street frontage designs in this area are becoming a little banal and are taking away the energy this neighbourhood once emanated.

If you want the title back in Calgary, then you'll have to beat Vancouver's (Burnaby's) upcoming Pinnacle Lougheed project, proposed at 259m, 80fl.

That grey pattern on the windows looks great when zoomed up close but is starting to look like crap from afar. Almost like a weird spandrel pattern.

These North York projects along Yonge are taking forever to be approved and built..

I wonder how they plan to build the pedestrian access connecting Eglington to Roehampton when there's currently a parking tunnel between 77 and 89 Roehampton...

I can forgive the quality if they remove and bury those ridiculous power lines. But not expecting much.
