Glass is soo good. Still feels like this project dropped out of nowhere.

Retractable glass actually looks pretty good, when you see some of the Vancouver projects that have them. They make buildings look better than what they would've looked like with just balcony glass.

I like how developers realize or have come to an implicit agreement to use glossy brick when setting the design language for Robson. Upcoming 1555 Robson:

I believe many of their Urban Designers and Urban Planners have M.Arch backgrounds and do some of the actual designing. So maybe they're assigned those tasks.
