This would be great at plenty of locations, but this location is as good as any. Everything is walking distance from here. It’s the perfect location for some big density.

The thread should be renamed. In 2021 downtown was facing a dilemma, but the conversions have made an impact. Also in 2021 we were in the middle of Covid with thousands of workers working remotely, and there was uncertainty of how many would come back to the office. Slowly and steadily workers...

If it doesn’t get VE’d then this will be a win. Brick and metal/composite paneling is above the standard for the average 5 floor wood build.
