Does anyone have anymore info on what's going on with this project? Can't seem to get anything from the Monarch site other than supposedly 75% sold.

Mike$$, did u hear this from Fairmont directly? I have conflicting opinions saying they have no ownership anymore and no involvment. I guess we'll have to wait for that Spring press release to know for sure.
