Just poking around on Alpha Built's website after seeing their latest DP for Midfield heights, and they show a rendering of them doing the multi in the SE corner of this project. Maybe it is happening? This is all I have seen on it, there doesn't appear to be an active DP as of yet on DMap...

The Sobey's opens tomorrow I think (December 11th). I have updated the map to show that project as complete.

I can't imagine that any building was designed to have the live load of a train cantilivered off the side of it.

I believe this one was funded with the budget as well. We should see construction in 2026.

If I recall the NMC got $25 million from each order of government, plus private donations on top of that.

The land use for this one was just approved at CPC, and I finally got around to looking at the DP drawings on DMap. There are a few new renderings in them for this one: https://dmap.calgary.ca/?p=DP2025-04791

Truman owns one of the 3 remaining parcels that front OBCR. Truman owns the one furthest east, in the SW corner of the intersection of 77th and OBCR.

There is sufficient ROW for the C-Train to extend along 17th Avenue. You can see the property lines shift as development occurs if you look at a City GIS map (like development map): As part of all of this development, a study was completed by the landowners (Truman, Ronmor (who sold to Vesta)...

Well done. I will note there is the one more parcel between Aurora and Wolfberry that is not currently slated for development (I don't think it has been acquired by a developer yet) but will eventually see even more units added to your map at some point in the future.
