Can someone describe the lighting situation in the living/dining area and the bedrooms? Is it possible to hang chandeliers in these rooms or does the lighting setup not allow for lighting fixtures?

Very exciting; it appears that there may be three more floors to go in order to reach the final height of the structure! This estimate may or may not include the mechanical floor located on the structure's crown.

Is there any indication when the crane will be installed and/or concrete work will begin for the underground parking?

Very good progress is being made on the construction of this building. Looking forward to the start of the construction on Blue Diamond Condos, the next structure of Imperial Village.
