This building isn’t winning any beauty contests… but catch it from the right angle (and don’t get too close), and it kinda passes for something better suited for midtown. That said, I’d take this over Time & Space any day—no contest.

At least we'll have a stunning building covered in pigeon poop vs. the thousands of ugly buildings covered in pigeon poop. Poop or no poop, this building will be a game changer and elevate condo architecture in Toronto. This will rack up national and international awards.

Looks like this new "park" is a temporary measure knowing how long the process will be for consultations, designs and approvals. Likely paid for by the builder as an indirect measure to help with appeal for the area (knowing the situation with pre-construction sales).

Agreed, it's HORRIBLE up close and even worse on the inside. The stories of rats, bed bugs, elevator issues, and so on is insane. They've also not registered and looks like it might not happen any time soon.

I heard they are now closing Spring 2025.

Monde might have started occupancy in 2018 but it was officially registered in 2019. Management can help you with proof of registration or you can look it up online :)

I'm going to wait until these are further down the road to judge. Initially, I wasn't a fan of phase 1, but my mind changed and think these are one of the most striking towers to meet the skyline (esp. from the island). Fingers crossed for a lovely surprise in 2-3 years.
