Is there a list of who the subtrades to PCL are for this building?

Anybody know who the confirmed subtrades are for this project? Seen an article that said alberta commercial tradesman unemployment rate is at an all time high. Seems hard to fathom with the amount of construction that is going on in the ice district alone.
