Take a look at this photo. The sharp lines and the red blotches are indicative of a coating that has been peeled off rather than a spray which would have fuzzier margins.

I'm still not buying it. If you look at the Whitfield, it is clear that it is a uniform coat of colour. Meanwhile, on PTE, you can see the clear white grout in between the bricks. There's no way that there are spray painting that on. In addition there are earlier photos that seem to look like...

From the images provided, the white appears to be a protective coating for installation and construction protection, which when removed exposes the red precast brick. There's absolutely zero possibility the builder would paint or stain these by hand post-installation - that would be financially...

Just curious, how are you able to fly a drone downtown - I thought they were restricted due to airport proximity. Did you have to get a special license?
