    Hi, I just checked the status of these reviews and the code review indicates "deficiency" and the fire code has "refusal notice". Do these reviews often lead to such findings and are they usually easy to correct?

    Again, I would like to point out that the building will NOT be fronted on Rathburn, but set back a minimum of 18m due to the 427 on-ramp.

    The original plan of 24-stories was with 9' ceilings, which would make it equivalent to a 27-storey building, which is nearly double the height of the existing building! The new proposal has mostly 8' ceilings, which is why it looks shorter despite being only 2-storeies fewer than the initial...

    There is no longer any Toronto Builds signage on-site, nor any information on the City's Development Application site. I assume from this that this project is currently a no-go? The thing is, the buildings are in a state of partial demolition. I wonder how long it will remain this way?
