From what I heard that building cost $2000.00-$4000.00 a sqf. ( but you would have to verify it) That Glass was imported from Germany and each section was one piece of glass bent. There is no way a building that expense would sell here in Toronto.

Yes the cladding is metal the design was changed from glass to metal. There was durability concerns and how the glass will look after time. Also the glass wouldn’t have looked as good as it was made from multiple pieces. I also hear the paint is automotive grade. Installation will take time do.
