The first closing date estimate is still 5+ years away. I'm not sure if Davpart knows for sure if there will be a delay to the final closing date. With all holds on new constructions, I suppose this was expected that they havent started yet. But one of Davparts other projects, Avro, still has...

Some construction unions are not working (as are most other companies) during this crisis. There is no ETA so, prudent builders have to send an unavoidable delay clause. Can anyone confirm that this project is actually in jeopardy or is it just one person's rumour spreading?

It has direct access to St.Patricks TTC station. Think I saw somewhere that Buyers are willing to pay 18% more for properties with direct connection to public transit. Also, close to 3 hospitals and although there are a few condos on University Ave in the area, there aren't that many, relatively...

Where did you hear these rumours? The prices were raised in 2019 q4. One would think that they would try to lower the prices back or provide more incentives to try and sell the remaining units.
