Anyone hear any updates on this project? The only issue I see is being right beside a bar, but that in itself isn't much of an issue.

Has this been confirmed? Or is it speculation based on prior projects from Hines? I've got a deposit burning a hole in my pocket for a pre-construction condo building, beltline area, with a 2020-ish possession and this seems to match my requirements pretty on point.
