I did a little personal recon mission on Wed Nov 20th over the noon-hour and very little was happening on the main site. I believe ALL entrants to our "Meeting the Grade" contest will be proven woefully optimistic.

The marketing renderings are always hilarious. Those last two must show the largest groups of people not looking at their phones in history!

When you look at the tight sites in downtown Toronto like The One, YSL, etc etc - this job-site must be like a Sunday picnic for contractors, crews and scheduling and logistics folks.

Today, tomorrow, or In 25 years Toronto will look back on this and realize it, and Brookfield, missed a MASSIVE opportunity to do something very special in one of he last remaining prime sites in the financial core. Both were just too hasty and eager to eliminate the embarrassing concrete stump...
