Hey Is Toronto (or Canada) planning to start hydrogen fuel cell train services any time soon?

Hi, I am looking for an apartment near Toronto. I prefer apartments or flats near the private school in Toronto named Cester High School where my children are studying. It would be better if the house is in a low traffic area. Can anyone help me to find an apartment near Toronto ??
