    Probably can't find significant investment to build an entire entertainment destination. Honestly they should just give it to developers and build mixed use areas that'll even increase traffic for the mail area and casino

    Exactly I didn't say soon, I anticipate that decades from now subway construction will become easier and more cost efficient as time progresses with construction technology and engineering improvements. May be a long time but eventually we'll get rapid transit here too.

    Gonna be weird to have an island of dense towers surrounded by low-rise single family detached and townhomes. They should try and build mid rise condos and stacked towns to add in Carrie l variety

    Looks like another concrete high-rise with an old simplistic design out of the 1990s. If pickering wants to really become a major urban centre they should build highrises with bold new design. Not another tall concrete box in the sky in the middle of a suburb.
