If Leduc was interested in building their own stop to extend the LRT then that's their choice although I could see a specific bus shuttle that would simply go to the airport and at that point passengers would transfer to the LRT at that stop. I think the first step that would be nice to see is...

From personal experience, I loved the fact that I was able to take the train from Narita International Airport directly to Tokyo station in the heart of Tokyo. No connections, no transfers just train ride and that was it.

Except a person could get on the LRT at Churchill or at Clairview and not have to transfer at all going to the airport

Well, this is where we finish our Valley line and continue on the Metro line towards St.Albert. I hope they can get moving here so that once current construction here in town is concluding they are already starting on the next line.

I understand and will of course admit that, no I do not have any current list of anything in the Quarters. I will even go so far to appoligize for assumptions of intentions from owners and their properties. Although as you pointed out though, some of those properties have remained the same way...

Except how much land in the Quarters actually belongs to the city. Problem as far as I know, there is there are more land speculators owning all the land and are just happy to sut on their property.
