    There are quite a bit of semi-detached and row house units getting built in our more urban, core neighbourhoods, but their numbers still pale in comparison to similar product in the burbs. The zoning bylaw changes are definitley making it easier at least to get those built in established areas.

    There is a road closure application for the laneway at the west side of the gravel parking lot, so I think they readying the land for development. We will see if a DP is applied for within the next few months...

    Yeah, kind of surprised they didn't get enough through MLI Select, as I know TONS of local developers that have funded their projects through that, since the $1,664 monthly rents it requires are basically market rates for Edmonton.

    So, they have approved funding from CMHC, but less than was originally committed to. They are working at filling the funding gap before construction will resume.
