Got letter of firm occupancy for Oct 9. Quick questions - 1. how much do i have to pay the builder during occupancy? Would it pretty much be same as mortgage or less? Do i have to pay condo fee, even though amenities are not complete? What other expenses can I expect?

Not sure but my guess is 6 to 8 months. I think they're waiting for the lobby to be fully done. Last time I went there, they had a security guard in the lobby to make sure there wasn't any trespassing. Pics are from July 26

Just got my firm occupancy date of July 22, 2020 ?. Does any one know how long closing takes after occupancy? I know it varies but on average for amacon?

Any idea if Feb 2020 occupancy is still a go?
