The 89,000-square-foot 'social wellness club' is slated to take over the first two floors of the Novus development at 25 Ordnance St. in November. I so hope this means 2F and 3F...but is there space on GF for grocery?

The caulking was there, but the gap was just unbearable for me...we did list it as a defect but not sure how it turns out.. updates for final occupancy dates, Garrison Point on 28F July 15 2020. I see lots of lights on at night, on higher floor. I bet they are working on PDI... Anyway enjoy...

I am optimistic about the price given all lands on waterfront are gone now...Supply vs demand wise we are very safe...Waterfront on East side would be more shakey now that Google is gone... We are in a very well established neighbourhood, with all exclusive views and protected city landscape...

How was your PDI? Mine was good, we paid for engineered flooring it was super nice. Cabinets and windows are good, appliance sucks but I guess we are all replacing the top load laundry...Caulking and grouting is the main issue for me, I will hire a handy man to redo the whole unit once I move in...

Haha good summary thanks! From planning point of view, we are facing the armory on south, rail track on east where no future tall building will be blocking our view to the lake/city. This is super luxury given how dense the city core is, just 2km away. Plus the Trilliam park and all other public...

My PDI notice came in email, all other communication were with hard copy.

The parking lot number was right below the unit number on my letter, so excited to proceed with the PDI. Good luck with yours tomorrow Has anyone order large piece furniture? How ready is the loading dock?

Update team, received a notice for PDI on May 21, I am on 28th floor. Surprisingly the notice came through email... There is a crane opening in my suite, so you probably will receive a notice pretty soon if we are close. If you have not received any notice, I can give you the contact person...

Same here, no notice yet. Higher floor though At least people are moving in ;-)

I believe they have started occupancy at lower floor @ Garrison Point, lots of elevator booking on the BuildingLink for owners
