I feel like the people who advocate for hundreds of millions of dollars in bike lanes that are barely used, and only in the best of weather conditions are the trolls.

Hopefully with a new council being voted in, most new funding of bike paths will be stopped, and removal of bike lanes that have low use and have taken away from parking and additional lanes for traffic. The sad part will be the the costs incurred constructing a lot of these paths that continue...

I personally hate these sidewalks, they look good for a couple years, then are maintained poorly and look worse than regular concrete sidewalks. I really wish city would save the money and not bother with these.

Just a flat out no to subsidies. Increasing ROI of already profitable projects is a waste of taxpayer dollars. Incentivizing marginally feasible projects also seems like bad business. It's great council is saying no to this lobby group.
