Took this photo from my west-facing balcony at the McCowan-Ellesmere intersection (sorry for the bad resolution). It shows the crane behind the smaller 12 story building which is Forest Mansion II at the northeast corner of Brimley-Ellesmere. I sometimes don't see the crane throughout the day...

Was driving past this property last night and saw the demolition of the existing structure has begun!

After the demolition of the existing structures, it doesn't seem like any activity has been going on at this site, from what I can see at least. Any ideas what the delay is about?
