so it looks like the entire line for the most part is complete and ready to go pending final testing and training of operators.... far cry from the debacle that is line 5.
well if theyre negotiating now, perhaps a contract award by years end and then 2 to 3 years for the first trainset to arrive. perhaps the initial operations by end of 2027/8
so theyre once again stalling... 6 years of further study and design. that means we wont see any construction until at the very least the end of the decade.... 😒

the condition of the vehicles are really down to the individuals who service them. i still blame the organization for putting them into that situation where they are obliged to maintain these relics.
