Has anyone received news about when they will return the deposits? I think the Condominium Act sets a max of 10 days for the money to be returned, that will be this coming Friday. Dont know if thats accurate.

Delayed and ugly. Same developer just bailed out on their "boutique" SIX25BV condo on North York after holding deposits for 3 years.
