I don't think they are part of the redevelopment. I've heard they leased the land to Graham for temporary use as a lay down area for the Metrolinx project on Davenport. Any idea if the affordable housing project here will ever go through? Haven't even seen a development application yet.

When are they looking to break ground on this? Have they begun any demolition yet?

So the plan is to leave the existing rental building? Curious to see what kind of construction plan they come up with. Imagine being a tenant there are having 3 buildings building built with your building righ in the middle of it all.

They dug and shored the hole then filled it back up again... perhaps they found something?

Nice to see some development in that area. It's certainly gotten better in recent years. Will be interesting to see what final price point will be and if it actually moves ahead.
