This one looks to be done - I like it.

I think the set back is to keep the fairly large trees well established there: https://www.google.com/maps/@51.0351583,-114.0741448,3a,75y,121.64h,99.12t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1spgut1kLtlbH16i2_x3sx1Q!2e0!7i16384!8i8192?entry=ttu

Just walked by the old Milk Tiger location and it looks like it's going to be a Paris Baguette and not an Analog coffee

Very true about Co-op, always very busy. I think it would make sense to have a No Frills - Co-op is fairly expensive and would be great competition.

Edmonton is 17-3 in their last 20 games - absolute madness. It would be nice to think of a re-match of a battle of Alberta come spring (one can dream!)

That is around $910/square foot - and I'm not 100% sure it includes a titled parking stall.

    Roads, Highways & Infrastructure

Since moving to Mission I have stopped driving to a point that I am borderline thinking if I should sell my car. I walk to work on days I want to go to the office and essentially do all my errands on foot and I do feel happier and connected to my community. Most colleagues and family members...

    Roads, Highways & Infrastructure

I was looking at the Belmont website and the bulk of the neighborhood is getting built by Anthem Properties so a TOD in Belmont might actually be a thing....? An LRT expansion with the 194/Macleod exchange looks good for the south neighborhoods. https://belmontcalgary.com/community/...

    Roads, Highways & Infrastructure

Belmont is essentially advertising that there will be a future LRT on the right (South bound) side of the tracks. Looking at the map of Somerset/Bridlewood station, the LRT lines are on the right side of the train tracks. Therefore the extension of the red line wouldn't necessarily be built on...

Fortunas is an interesting Latin American concept type of kitchen - so no, they don’t have Caesars. Just because they’re in Calgary doesn’t mean they have to sell Caesar’s. The food is good though definitely not cheap.

Yep - CCC is moving to where A1 café used to be and the current location on 17th will be closed down. In their Instagram page it's saying they will be moving sometime in mid to late November.

    Calgary | 1520 | 135m | 38s | Grosvenor | McKinley Burkart

Calcutta cricket club (right beside the demolition) is moving locations to where A1 café used to be - also the building next to CCC has been unoccupied for sometime. We'll have to see what happens to this block but this is a waste of potential...

    Trees in Calgary

There's plenty of Manitoba Maples all over the city 🤓 (but I know what other types of maples you mean)
