Am thinking of buying a condo at Marina Del Ray on the western waterfront. Have read about some of the transportation issues, but as I work in Mississauga and have to drive am not too worried. Does anyone know what kind of residents are there now - age, diversity, etc..? Thanks

I am moving from the West End in Vancouver to Toronto soon and would like some suggestions on where to live. I like a vibrant, diverse area where I can go for a walk any time of the day and see people, and a mix of restaurants and services.
