I am quite surprised by how bland the lobby is, especially when CIBC Square did such a competent job.

If it is anything like the foundations they found closer to Moss Park Armouries, I can tell you that those remains are gone.

I am very pleased to see statements regarding the need for non-residential in the financial district, there really should be more builds like hotel and entertainment, but surely condos should not be the overall goal in that area.
