Am I wrong that the south corner is for the balcony?

I can see the lobby and parking entrance are not yet started. Not sure if any of them can be completed by the end of Jan (3 weeks to go). Has anyone received any further postpone of the occupancy date?

indeed, very disappointing. it was discussed before. but there is nothing much you can do about it - it's the risk of buying pre-built. but this builder definitely has lost its reputation for me.

exactly. i already planned for the use of balcony when we first bought the prebuilt. then it's suddenly changed to Juliet balcony. definitely not gonna trust this company anymore.

exactly. that's ridiculous... many new condos around and balcony was one of the important factors i considered buying it (wouldn't even consider it if i knew there would be no balcony). I am extremely upset by this, i hope something can be done about this.

oh my! the redesign removed the balcony - big reason i considered buying it. is it now a fraud they've completely removed it? :mad:
