Ive always thought that UofC needs a proper downtown campus, and imagine if they turned the empty Husky towers into University Dorms. It would make downtown far more vibrant that’s for sure.

There was also the Co-Op Development in Silverton/Silverado that was approved and it allowed for a building height of up to 50 metres and would have 2,000+ units over the area. I will have to see if I can find the plans.

City living means a blockage of sunlight in all honesty. Any city in the world has that problem. At least Calgary is always sunny unlike most Global Cities.
