Wow so the majority of the towers are all 20's now!? The density is still amazing but I was just hoping for 2 or 3 to be much taller for visual interest.

I was shocked when I first viewed my new unit having 9 foot ceilings seemed so grand and modern to me coming from the Olympia where I could touch the ceiling without needing a step stool haha.

Awww it was the mezzanine level because it was the only floor I've seen in person with the spandrel and thought it looked very short and assumed all the floors were that height. Thanks for the info.

What will it take to get a tower taller than Landmark Place in this city?

Is it just me or does the ceiling heights look very low in this tower? My building (The King William) has 9 foot ceilings does anyone know what the ceiling heights are in this one? When driving by I swear it looked like it was 7 feet'ish, I'm 6 foot and joked that I may bump my head in this...

This spot could be Core Urban's crown jewel if they got their hands on it and likely their tallest build yet while maintaining a faux heritage feel.... I would be down for this!

Whoa sorry off topic but what is that super slim building in the foreground? How have I missed this development!? Looks like something out of New York billionaires row!

Only the tower I am in which is tower A has residents living in it but yes it's getting pretty full, I think my floor may be fully rented now it's been a nonstop stream of people moving in and the parking garage looks to be about about 30% full not everyone here has cars.. Tower B is still...

I would love for it to be a Matty Matheson restaurant he's a super cool dude with amazing food. Although he is famous especially now with his role on the tv show The Bear I don't think he's considered an icon yet. When I hear Canadian Icon (living) I think of people like Celine Dion, Martin...

Yes I think their 2 months free rent promo attracted a lot of people, last I heard (on August 1) around130 units have been rented. So that would put Tower A just over 40% rented I believe.

I'm in my 40's and I feel like the oldest person living here besides the super lol. It seems like mostly well off 20-30 year olds, lots of singles it seems and only a couple families with kids from my early observations.

That is private parking by FOB access only lol. There is no commercial/public parking that I am aware of. There are I think (17?) visitor spots at street level in the garage but those are intended for guests to building.

Still not fully unpacked or setup but so far I absolutely LOVE living here! They already have great shots of the amenities on their website but I'm off work next week so I'll try and get some different shots. Anyone have any questions ask away I'll try and answer them if I can.

    Toronto Toronto | Pinnacle One Yonge | 345.5m | 105s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

Southern units are too hot with the sun beating on them all day and though some may like the view of the lake I'd much rather have a northern view of the city skyline and stay cooler while you're at it. I would never pay more money for a South view but that is just my personal opinion. I'd pay a...
