Toronto has the worst one, red is not a good choice for that specific location. Art should serve the community and be part of it, this one is totally out of it.

The private residence lobby is so fancy, even bigger than the main lobby LOL! The ceiling is higher than most of the buildings. But the red art piece is a kind of shit. To be honest, I miss Cresford so much.

I don’t see any of the residential buildings skip “4” in Shanghai. This is just Hongkong style

comparing two designs, I would say Concord is ruining our city. They can definitely figure out which one is better but they build these ugly towers just to maximum their profit. Concord truly hurt everyone who love this city.

Concord is the cheapest builder I have ever seen in my life.

90%+ YSL buyers’ contract have been continued, others are cancelled because of the large cash rebate. From this aspect, the site plan won’t be changed much.

Received letter from YSL, concord take over this project, every buyer keep their contract. Expect finish time is 2026. Today has workers working on site
