    The land value of the property should be sufficient to cover all liabilities. Deloitte is a reputable company and let us hope they maximize value for the creditors.

    For East Tower: Not sure what floor they are on, but the final closing is coming up from early September to late September. Which means occupancy should be done fairly soon.

    Is that for East Tower? Do you mean occupancy or final closing as in the building is registered and title (ownership ) is turned over to the unit holder and full payment (by mortgage or cash) to builder is required.

    I was more a passenger. The quality of the video just does not allow to see any defects. Was also told no defects found, which is rare, in any case, you get 48 hours from receiving the keys to note any defects. Not ideal to get fixes done so late, but given the situation, that's how it is...

    Update: Unavoidable delay has been lifted. Occupancy dates are resuming with about a two month delay. If you were supposed to occupy late May, then expect to occupy late July.

    Update: Builder has no firm dates, but they have indicated construction continues with a two to three month delay at current pace. No guarantees but that is some guidance.

    Most likely they will call on what's app, FaceTime or zoom and walk the owner through. I suspect they will find the deficiencies and advise us what they are and to submit a 30 day form after occupancy if we find any more deficiencies.

    An Update: Recent notice from builder that construction is still continuing, but at a slower pace due to social distancing and extra pre-cautions. The Builder advised that occupancy may be delayed by two to three months. PDIs will be done virtually. Their representative will do the PDI.

    I have not seen anything about the West Tower. That was sold first and should be occupied first, but I have not heard anything. I do know other projects are proceeding with occupancy as well as final closing (Tridel's Aquavista across the street). So occupancy hopefully will not be delayed...

    On 5th floor (east Tower), firm occupancy is late May. However, with unavoidable delay notice sent out, might take longer.
