Quote from builder's email dated 14 March: "...We are in the last stages of building registration and expect to obtain it soon. We will advise once the building has registered, and final closing will follow about a month after...."

It is TENTATIVE and can be further delayed with 90-day notice at no cost. lol

Builder's customer care team said any white appliances, e.g. Stove or Fridge, are temporary due to supply chain challenge of their vendor and will be replaced by S/S appliances when available. But no specific timeline to get it done at this moment.
