    I talked with customer care apparently they have just started contacting people who were on the waitlist. I was told supply is extremely limited - they are selling for $8000. They are currently contacting people who purchased on April 7th.

    I believe that due to the unavoidable delay they do not need to give us that much notice anymore. Has anyone been contacted about PDI yet? My real estate agent conducted a PDI with a client who purchased a 2nd floor unit last week. I’m on the 5th floor haven’t heard anything yet.

    I have not heard anything yet and our tentative move in date is August 10th (5th floor, phase 2) so we are well under the 3 month mark at this point. We’ve asked our lawyers to contact the developer to try and get an update for us.
