Land For Sale? We can help.

Personally I wouldn't buy a Paradise Developments house if it was 50% off.

Land For Sale? We can help.

Me and 4 of my neighbors are interested in selling. 5 houses in a row. Vaughan rd. just north of St Clair. Zoned for a 8 story building I believe.

The aftermath didn't look too bad.

That would make a fantastic location for a condo. Right on the streetcar ROW and a 3 minute walk to the subway.

This site has been empty for 6 years or so.

I know they're planning another building on the same street, west side and a bit north. I wonder if it'll be the same height.

Roncesvalles, Seaton Village or St. Clair West?

My commute from St.Clair West to the Financial District is about 25 minutes in the winter. Walk to Street Car, take that to the Station and then straight down. In the Summer Time, it's about 20 minutes by bicycle. Past Casa Loma and then straight down St. George. Couldn't be happier.

Storage conveniently located will help a lot of condo dwellers. So in general I'm not against this.

    Netflix Canada?

Try Konopy. Free with a Toronto Library Card I think.

Have you won the housing ‘birth-year lottery’?

Seems like it's mostly to do with when you bought in. I know people in their 20s who bought a home and another family who are in their 50s who just purchased.

    BiWay is making a comeback

Honest Eds was always better in theory than in practice. I wanted to like it and find some weird treasure. Never did.

    Mr. Sub vs. Subway

It's weird. I know that Subway has better ingredients and tastes better. But my first sub was Mr Sub... and I ate it for years before I had my first subway. Nostalgia is a helluva drug.
