The black cladding, windows, and balcony guards are all looking quite good. Somehow makes the precast brick situation both easier and tougher to swallow.

The finishing took the precast from a 2/10 to a 5/10. It’s way way better, but still looks cheap.

Honestly, without the smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector (?) - whatever the white things are- I’d say personally find it pretty cool, but the devices sort of ruin the effect a bit. Not suggesting you remove anything of course.

I have a lot of admiration for the company Collective Arts Brewery, but last summer at Bathurst and Dundas they had a “pop-up mocktail speakeasy” and I’m just like “bitch, that’s a lemonade stand”. Fairly cringe.
