Am i the only professional who finds this project so appalling ??! Look at the poor house beside it (i get that it'll likely get demolished...). I'm 100% not against densification but the scale of this building in the its context is absurd ! Ugh...

I agree !! S2's projects are usually pretty embarrasing... This is surprising.

So I finally looked at the drawings. Looks like my instinct was right: the site is too small for the building... I believe this lot is not part of the overall area owned by the City. They should be calculating their limiting distances from Centre line of the street and not the Property lines...
