Yes, going through it right now. They provide you with the interim occupancy closing documents 1 week in advance and require you to obtain a mortgage commitment letter (full approval of a mortgage from a lender) or proof of cash on hand to close your unit upon final closing. It's a real hassle...

Taken today, construction is coming along, they recently took down the tarp that covered the ground level west side tower - still lots of work to do around and inside ground level.

Just got it, letter is dated Feb 18. I'm on the second so I'm sure you're the first week or second week....I'm guessing your letter will come sometime this week.

Hey, If you were to take the building and put it on a scale of low end to high end, I'd have to say this building is definitely more towards the high-end side. The number of amenities as well as finishes you will be able to get put it on the high-end of buildings in my opinion. For example...
