    I'm so curious how well this does. O'Byrne's on Whyte is insanely busy so this is a welcome boost if this brings several hundred people on the weekend. Personally wouldn't mind 103 Ave being the beneficiary of Ice District spillover.

    Yeah I wouldn’t mind it if the buildings were more neo-classical in design. Street life would still be dead BUT at least it’d be architecturally impressive and we’d have more tourists visiting that besides the Legislature Grounds.

    Once this all starts coming together (Parks and Park), this area will probably have people go "Okay wait this is a nice area to live in" Hell I'm extremely tempted to move to the Parks once it starts leasing for this exact reason.
