Agilia refers to concrete that is very high in slump, allowing it to get into highly congested areas. It would, in theory hardly need any finishing as it's self-levelling. However all the floors have anything between a 10mm to 100mm topping finishing, depending on the floor/use of floor :)

The official time line is end of 2024/5. Unfortunately I cannot comment on the internal schedule, but I'm sure you can guess the actual completion date.

Hi guys, long time no post. Many pages ago I mentioned I'd talk about the sequence of this tower. I was not able to post at the time as I got a talking to since I was working for them. With that being said, I no longer work for them and while I cannot explain everything that's going on, the...

You are correct! They'll be coming out when the first diagonal gets installed - from level 3 to lv 6 and the corner slabs are built. I'll cover this on a future post where I go a little in-depth on the sequence of the structure. Not sure when I'll be done but I've started working on it.

I can't seem to find one of the posts where someone noticed the ground floor glass has black dots and a hit of silver. So I dug deeper into the glass, and found that it's actually double printed. One side of the glass (exterior) has black dots, and the interior has a silver/mirror dot. Printed...

I can't say who the tenant is, or agree or disagree with any of the previous posts about who that tenant may be. There are no plans that I know of for any of that "coming soon" or anything of the sorts.

Continuing on what @Anthonylipson1996 was saying, it's for a future ramp access from south podium to tower. Will serve as a service area for the tower.

Just wait to see how we will tie in rebar around them, and just how thick the interior walls will be. Also, get ready for a 24hr pour. That's gonna be fun...

Thank you very much for the welcome! I'll work on a mini presentation to explain the future sequence of this building, and I'll touch a little bit on some challenges as well. Keep in mind I won't be able to give exact dates, measurements or disclose any information that may violate someone's...

Always a method to the madness, but calling it madness is an understament. It's insane. 😂

Thank you. I mean it. You're 100% right, there is NO space on this site, and you're not alone to say that. Every trade complains, but we simply have no where else to laydown material/staging. It really is rage-indusing. Deliveries always have to be timed with every single trade and the location...

Not to spoil the future of this building, but a key note of Mizrahi is that the garage doesn’t look like a garage. I’m not permitted to say much about it but it’s supposed to not feel like a garage.

Like Anthony mentioned above, yes those yellow posts are temporary - will be removed once the corner of the slabs get tied in with the mega columns through diagonal steel. As for those "red" nubs, nothing more than two foam boards with red tuck-tape on both sides of a flange that is used for...

Buckets will not take over at any height. The plan is to move the pump to level 5 south section of the tower, (just north of its curent location) where openings have been provided ahead of time and concrete will shoot up to the climbing formwork system that will come in into play over the next...
