Made the mistake of going down 111st from 63ave to 23ave. very frustrating stretch; the traffic light sequences are very long and then add LRT in the mix and it makes for very slow going. What are some other stretches of road you tend to avoid if possible?

Trying to recall the original name of this place. The very first night (1980) I came to Edmonton I stayed there...Green Briar?

^^ an area redevelopment plan already exists for that stretch of 104 ave: in it, longstreet strip mall is replaced with a mix of low and medium rise apt. and unity square is shown being given a parking lot diet.

wish that someone would push for a section to be 5 over 1. I grew up in Toronto and am used to living over stores, though then, it was more 2 over 1 (no elevators). would be great to cluster them around the lrt station(s).

would be nice if some of the original Misercordia hospital building could be saved and incorporated into whatever development will happen.

looking at pics of this build vs. pretty much exact pics from the Parks build, to my eye these 2 projects look the same. How members can say this is "garbage" and the parks "marvelous" puzzles me.
