I have seen partial coverage of window spaces with spandrel before, but I think this is the first time I've seen full coverage. Seems strange to me to not have just designed the unit to incorporate that window space... 🤔

A worker now apparently gouging the roof?

I live within view of the building. They have been working since I think the weekend or last week? They have demolished the back part of the building...not sure how much more is going to be taken down, but seems to be the extent of what they've done so far, as far as I can see from outside...
