oh my.. that signage looks terrrrrrrible and kills the design. absolutely agree with signage being suspended would be better.. even better kept uniform like brass or black only. Will get worse as more tenants move in and more free-for-all signage is installed. Curious what the interior looks...

With fixing the verticals on the perspective of the photo I think it really starts to look similar to the renderings. I notice they did have the concrete columns at grade in the newer images. I can't say for sure but it sort of looks like the earlier one had fewer black columns, but it kinds...

I think there are no corridors on that floor. The units have stairs down to the corridor below.

I think wood framing starts at the third floor. Was there always going to be units at L2 (courtyard level)? Or when they flipped to rental from condo did some of the commercial space at the courtyard level become residential units and subject to a column grid already built..? EDIT: Photo would...

    Calgary | PLATFORM | 21m | 6s | CMLC | Kasian

No point towers above. The parking can be replaced by office/residential. The slope of the ramp is between 1-2% so the hallways would be remain shallow ramp and the units' floors incrementally levelled. The ceiling height of the parkade is higher than what is needed for a parkade to be suitable...
