It will be warm no doubt. And expensive.

No AC and many suites without balconies, I'll pass on those. I would want a balcony for sure to enjoy some outside time. AC would make it much more livable I am thinking. Nice looking building.

I drove by yesterday. It is going to be interesting to see this area change. Great shots of the area.
