The tunneling contract was awarded in Aug 2025 and the launch shaft construction is underway. Does this not mean that construction for the project has already begun? IO’s website actually claims that construction begun on the day the contract was finalized.

So is it all but confirmed that there will be zero new GO stations added to the network in 2026/2027? The stations which are “under construction” seem to still be mudfields.
