Noticed lots of activity on site today as I drove by. Trees being cut down and lots of dirt being moved around. Buildings not being demoed yet but assume shortly. I noticed two large mobile construction buildings at the north side of the site.

Sounds like D.O.P. is moving to Marda Loop. Does anyone know exactly where there new location will be?

Hopefully this goes ahead. My spouse works in the building just south of the site and there has been constant issue with homeless people breaking into the buildings and starting fires etc. Would love to see the long standing abandoned buildings gone.

Yah they left several weeks ago. I recall a sign on their door saying they were opening a new spot in the Beltline soon but can't remember where.

Checked out the event center today and it is amazing! It is so massive and the inside has so many beautiful art pieces on display. Super proud to have this event center in Calgary!
