I was thinking that also, but at least the tower is one straight plane and not an awkward step back halfway up the tower like Stantec.

I like the proposed density for this. It’s a great way to add a tin of density to Kensington without having shadowing issues or directly affecting neighbors.

I agree. I’d rather see the empty lots get developed with low rise buildings than have tall towers surrounded by parking lots.

I also like that Nay actually builds the stuff the propose. I feel confident this will be built.

It would be great to see that parcel developed. This is the perfect time for the province to do something with it.

The problem is they still aren’t that far out of a playoff spot. Lots of other teams in the same boat, but technically they really aren’t that far out.

Montgomery’s little high street is evolving nicely.

That’s unfortunate. Maybe the developer can go back to the original design and put in 3 smaller buildings instead of one big one.

I like the look of this. I understand not everyone will like it, but I like that it has a fair bit of variation while only using three colors.

The green is an odd choice, but I’m with @Albertasaurus, beggars can’t be choosers. I’m happy anything is getting built. I moved out of EV because it felt like it was going downhill, I’d really like to see it pick up again.
