I'm so curious to see how the Annette / Dundas / DuPont intersection gets reconfigured. It'll be interesting to see how the rest of this intersections gets infilled once this infrastructure work is complete. Future buildings now have a high bar to match!

Amazing photos, as always. Did you happen to flyover the Leslie Spit Lookout Park by chance? It looks like it's shaping up beautifully.

Such a good building but this fence is so bad. The car gate is even worse. I’ve also noticed efflorescence on a lot of contemporary brick buildings lately. Is there something different about the brick curing process or the mortar? Are the walls being too well dried?

How do the riverbanks get finished at the plugs? Both photos taken from the Cherry South bridge. Also, after the plugs are unplugged, does the Keating get dammed and drained to rebuild the channel wall? They’re in a bad state.

This is what I mean! It just feels like Commissioners will be the main transit line in the Portlands. A simple straight line would’ve helped counterbalance the naturalised river.

As impressive as all of this is, there is something very unsatisfying about the "wiggles" in the realignment of Commissioners. Sometimes the yellow line merges and there is separates. It just seem like it could have been simplified and that the road could have been narrower. I blame this one...

More great aerials! Do you have one of the whole circle?

This project is such a game changer for the campus and the city at large. But it makes the narrow sidewalks and street parking on Hoskins seem more antiquated. It’ll be interesting to see how this street transforms when/if the University Park design is ever implemented. Is the eastern portion...

I understand the importance of Kodak but there are a lot of heritage buildings and we can’t keep them all. Maybe the Kodak building could’ve been saved but it doesn’t excuse the complete misuse of the rest of the site. That is my greater point. This is an example of a site that needs much more...

crazy to see the Unilever building completely demolished too and progress on the rail corridor for the Ontario Line. can't wait to see the DVP/Gardiner ramps relocated.

yes, exactly. it is where they're rerouting the lower don trail and widening the river.

Toronto Toronto | Crosstown LRT: Mount Dennis Station and EMSF | ?m | 3s | Metrolinx | IBI Group

This station is an unmitigated disaster. All the vehicles (staff parking and LRT vehicles) should've been underground. The majority of the service functions could've been underground too. And why spend all the money to keep and relocate the old Kodak building. Once the line opens, this will be...

This would be great to see. The fact that there is no fascia on the Phase 1 edge implies that this remains a possibility. Does anyone know?

The new bridges are spectacular but I lament the fact that this design (stairs between the bridges) didn't happen. Hopefully the new design offers a beautiful way to get to the waters edge.

Looks like the first image show the beginning of the new bicycle/pedestrian bridge on the north side of Lake Shore Blvd.......does anyone know if this is the case? It is too bad that Lake Shore couldn't be realigned to "pull" it a little further north of the Keating Channel to create more of a...

Awesome to see work around the parking garage entry progressing. The guards look good and the landscape should fill in nicely around it….making it fade away. It would’ve been great to see the sidewalks under the bridge widened with designated bike lanes. The two lanes are almost wide enough for...

this is what we are allowing to get built adjacent to what will soon be a massive transit hub. where is the height? where is the density? what a failure!
