Covering P2, some big pours coming November

Looks like the top floor is coming in and the forms for the mechanical rooms are present

4th floor now fully poured on the midrise. Soon they will be nothing but detracted light for the tenants in the low floors on the western exposure of the current 90 Eastdale.

I have no idea what they\'re doing here. I\'ve never seen cement pours directly into the dirt. Are these pillars remnants of an underground river that was built at the same time 90 Eastdale was built? Can someone explain what\'s going with this site and all the water diversion that\'s underway?
