When we purchased we were told no Airbnbs were allowed. Our floor has been quiet. No problems with neighbours/noise.

We just purchased it a month ago. Like it thus far. We have had no issues.

Does anyone know how much parking spaces sell for in this building?

Hello, We are thinking about purchasing a condo in this building. Would like to know the approx. cost of hydro each month (bill) and how much does cable tv and internet run? Is this a quiet building? Any feedback or comments would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!
